Vruksha graduated from Lancaster University in 2016 and began working for Simpson Millar in September 2016, in Lancaster, and then relocated to Wimbledon in September 2017.
As part of Vruksha's degree, she analysed the legal and semantic imbalances within Transitional Justice for her dissertation. She undertook primary transcriptions of legal and public commentators and applied her findings to the post-conflict case study of Kosovo, and achieved a First Class grade.
Her current work at Simpson Millar includes SEN tribunal appeals, judicial reviews, disability discrimination and admissions appeals. The majority of her work at the firm involves assisting parents and young persons with their education matters, primarily in appeals to the SEN and Disability Tribunal against Local Authority decisions, failures and EHCPs.
Vruksha was a Committee Member of the North West Law Society whilst in Lancaster and she is also part of Simpson Millar's Engagement Committee, which organises social and charity events. She previously organised bake-off competitions, pub quizzes and Macmillan Coffee Mornings.
Outside of work, Vruksha is a keen baker and has previously made wedding and birthday cakes for close friends and family, one of which featured in a Kent Weddings online publication.
