Adele is an Associate in our Multi-Track Personal Injury team, specialising in helping people who have sustained serious injuries after a road traffic accident.
She has significant experience of helping clients who have sustained serious injury, in particular those who have developed chronic pain syndrome, fibromyalgia and psychiatric issues after being involved in a traumatic accident.
Adele has also acted for many clients in circumstances where they’ve been accused of exaggerating their injuries or where fraud is alleged.
Adele has more than 20 years’ experience of working in the legal industry and began her career at Simpson Millar.
She left in 2013 to work at DAC Beachcroft in their Defendant counter fraud team representing the interests of two large insurance companies.
Adele has also previously worked at Covea Insurance and Direct Line, which means she has lots of experience of how the legal process works from a Defendant and Claimant perspective. Over the years, this experience has been used to her clients’ advantage.
In addition, she worked at Bott & Co for seven years representing clients who had been seriously injured in cycling accidents, and also dealing with a high volume of litigated fast track cases.

Adele is an associate member of CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives)
Adele loves exploring new countries and cultures, and in 2019, she travelled solo and completed the trek to Everest Base Camp.
She also supports Endeavour Paws for Kids, a charity which supports families escaping domestic violence, and fosters pets within these families.
Adele has a dog, a Labrador called Bowie, and she loves hiking at the weekend with her family.
