Adam Liddle

Adam Liddle is a Trainee Solicitor in our Family Law department, based in our Manchester office.

Professional Biography

Adam's journey in law started with his studies at Northumbria University, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2017, followed by completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2018.

Adam joined Simpson Millar in January 2021, initially working as a Legal Call Handler within our Contact Centre. He quickly showed his potential for growth, moving to the Family Sales Team and then becoming a Family Paralegal shortly after. In August 2022, he took on his current role as a Trainee Solicitor, marking a key step towards qualifying as a Solicitor, which he expects to achieve in October 2024.

In his day-to-day role, Adam plays a key role in supporting our Family Law team with a broad range of family law matters. His areas of practice and growing expertise include divorce proceedings, guiding clients through the legal process of dissolving their marriage, advising on financial remedies and clean break orders, ensuring clients achieve fair financial settlements post-divorce and overseeing child arrangements, focusing on the best interests of children in determining living arrangements and contact with parents. He also has knowledge on securing non-molestation orders to provide protection for clients from domestic abuse.
