Holiday Claims, Personal Injury and Road Traffic Accident Claims
Ross was made a Partner of Simpson Millar in May 2017, having joined the firm in 2006, and he currently provides leadership to the Travel and Tourism team.
After completing a Master's Degree, Ross commenced his legal career at RAC in Bristol, where he initially worked on legal advice lines for RAC members, before going on to advise the company at their London headquarters.
Having been exposed to many areas of law, Ross chose to focus his efforts on personal injury law, where he would be able to assist people who are genuinely injured to recover compensation and obtain the rehabilitation that they deserve.
In addition to undertaking all forms of accident and illness claims abroad, as part of his leadership role, Ross enjoys being approaching by his colleagues for advice and has established a Mentoring Scheme within the firm to great effect.
Ross has had many notable cases reported in the media, as well as in legal reports. He is known for taking a "no nonsense, get results" approach to travel law, while being approachable and ensuring that he clearly explains the legal process and keeping his clients informed.
Ross enjoys short breaks in Europe, as well as watching sport, particularly live football matches with his 8-year-old daughter. He also loves golf and cricket.
