Graham has a wide range and depth of experience of dealing with various contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
He acts on behalf of both employees and employers in areas such as unfair dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, employment policies and procedures, regulatory proceedings for medical professionals, and trade union disputes.
Graham also regularly appears and presents cases before the Employment Tribunal. He has achieved notable successes on many high profile cases, including cases involving unfair dismissals, discrimination, harassment and victimisation and protective awards.

Interests outside of work
Graham’s interests outside of work include running, reading, playing cricket, hiking, studying Japanese, and undertaking charitable fundraising work.
