Heather Davidson
Public Law Solicitor
Heather is a newly qualified Public Law Solicitor in our Education & Children’s Rights Team. She currently works with the team’s senior lawyers on a range of education, social care and public law matters.
She has a particular interest in using the law to protect and promote the welfare of vulnerable young people and children.
Career
Heather completed her training contract at Allen & Overy LLP, a magic circle law firm in London. On qualification, she chose to pursue a different career path, and focused her attentions to working in Public Law.
In addition to her City experience, she has experience as an advisor at a law centre in London, and as a researcher for the Human Rights Implementation Centre based at Bristol University.
She graduated from the University of Bristol with an LLB Law Degree and gained a Legal Practice Course qualification at BPP London.
Interests outside of work
In her spare time, Heather enjoys cooking, hiking and yoga.
Heather also volunteers as a mentor for refugees and asylum seekers.
