What Our Clients Think of Heather
"We had a complex legal matter relating to our child, and Simpson Millar took it on for us. They were excellent: clear, honest, courteous and careful to ensure they worked collaboratively. Heather Davidson really does care about the child, and the family, and she focused in on the key issues, agreed an astute strategy, and then worked tirelessly to ensure a good resolution for us."
"They are honestly the most attentive solicitor firm, all my needs were met throughout and I was lucky enough to experience the support from Heather who was able to evaluate my circumstances and find solutions efficiently and decisively."
"The process of applying for an EHC Plan can be unnecessarily long and difficult, especially when you are already balancing work and caring responsibilities. I’m not sure I could have done this without expert guidance and support from our Simpson Millar solicitor: Heather Davidson. I am so grateful to Heather and also to those who gave me this recommendation."
Heather completed her training contract at Allen & Overy LLP, a magic circle law firm in London. On qualification, she chose to pursue a different career path, and focused her attentions to working in Public Law.
In addition to her City experience, she has experience as an advisor at a law centre in London, and as a researcher for the Human Rights Implementation Centre based at Bristol University.
She graduated from the University of Bristol with an LLB Law Degree and gained a Legal Practice Couse qualification at BPP London.
