Professional Biography

Akbar completed his LLB Law Degree at Lincoln University in 2008 and went on to obtain his Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification from Leeds University, graduating in 2010. He was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2017. Over the years, Akbar has developed expertise in Personal Injury law, focusing on Accidents at Work, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accidents. He has achieved many successful outcomes at trial, often overcoming serious allegations of fraud against his clients due to the nature of Personal Injury claims.

In his daily role, Akbar is actively involved in liaising with both counsel and defendant representatives to secure the best possible results for his clients. He is proficient at preparing for trials and ensures that client expectations are consistently met by providing clear and effective legal advice. His strategic approach and thorough preparation for each case allow him to effectively advocate for his clients and navigate complex legal challenges.
