Medical Negligence Solicitor
A successful claim and great service. I have been dealing with Rebecca at Simpson Millar for the past year regarding the claim I made for a Medical Negligence matter. From the beginning and throughout, Rebecca was incredibly thorough and informative and this was even more helpful since I had never made a claim before, so Rebecca made me feel very reassured.
Rebecca went above and beyond, ensuring that I was always responded to in a timely manner and always informed me when she was going to be on annual leave and when I should expect a response. She also ensured I got the best sum of money for the success of my claim. I would recommend Simpson Millar to anyone.Charlotte
Simpson Millar was recommended to me by a friend and I am more than happy that I took that recommendation. The clinical negligence case was complex and it has been a very long four years but has ended with a successful outcome.
I cannot praise Rebecca Brunton enough. As you can imagine, it has been very stressful at times, but Rebecca was always available with constant updates regarding the claim and giving her expert advice on the next steps forward. If I had any queries, I would email or telephone and always got a response on the same day, if not immediately.
I found all the team to be friendly, efficient and extremely professional throughout the entire process. I would definitely highly recommend Simpson Millar. Rebecca seemed like she became a member of the family.Mr Fazakerley
