Nargis Haider

Nargis is a Trainee Solicitor in our Employment Law department.  Her current work includes assisting on Protective Award group claims involving multiple claimants.  For our employer clients Nargis assists with drafting contracts of employment, and preparing policies and procedures.

She also deals with employer queries on day-to-day matters such as grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance related matters.

Other responsibilities include assisting Employment Lawyers on Tribunal proceedings relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.  She also contributes articles on Employment Law for the Simpson Millar website.

Nargis was awarded her Law degree from Kingston University in Surrey in 2009, then studied the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014, passing her final exams at the first attempt in 2014.
