Private Client Advisor, Wills, Probate and Trusts
Hannah previously worked in a private client legal firm, where she ran the membership department for retaining clients and building lasting relationships. Hannah also managed her own caseload of applications for Lasting Powers of Attorney for existing clients who only had Wills and hadn’t completed the suite of documents they required.
Before entering the legal profession, she specialised in the sale of residential property. Hannah grew up in the Trent Valley and worked in a Residential Agency for over ten years, promoting properties, generating interest and capitalising on all leads generated, and managing the entire process through Conveyancing.
In 2017, Hannah headed up an Estate Agency team within a law firm with 12 years’ experience. She also previously worked at Richard Watkinson & Partners, covering the Vale of Belvoir and surrounding villages, before moving onto work at Savills within the peak property boom, and then joining Purple Frog Property, where she set up and managed a successful student lettings business in Nottingham centre.
In 2014, Hannah helped with setting up the office of Fine and Country in the Midlands, specialising in the sale of residential property in the upper quartile.
Hannah graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA International Business degree, and also undertook a grade sales negotiating training course through Savills at Royal Agricultural University.
Interests outside of work
Hannah has a passion for cooking and wine - “Foody by name, Foody by nature” - and enjoys going to the gym and maintaining a degree of health and fitness.
She also still has a flare for property and home renovations and is currently modernising a five-bedroomed detached dormer bungalow built in the 1970s with a private farm track and a beautiful, traditional, English country garden wrapping around the property set in about 0.28 acres.
