Elizabeth is a Wills and Probate Clerk and specialises in areas including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also assists senior fee earners with all aspects of private client work, including Probate and Court of Protection matters.
Her main responsibilities are to draft Wills on behalf of clients who make contact through their union (Unite and Usdaw) and deal with requests for Lasting Powers of Attorney from members.
Elizabeth has been dealing with her own caseload of mainly Wills and some Lasting Powers of Attorney for almost a year, having built her knowledge and experience as a Secretary and then Paralegal within the firm.
