Child Care Proceedings Solicitor
Alyson is a Solicitor in our Child Care Proceedings team, who represents parents and other family members in care proceedings.
She also advises families in relation to Social Services involvement with children.
Alyson has more than six years’ experience in this area of law, specialising in proceedings involving children and assisting victims of domestic abuse.
She previously worked in the Probation Service, during which time she became highly skilled in working with people going through stressful and difficult life experiences.
Alyson is driven to support clients through their most difficult times in an empathetic way, and she has an extensive background in working with vulnerable clients, including those with mental health difficulties.
She graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Healthcare Business Management, before gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and her Legal Practice Course qualification at BPP Law School Leeds.

Alyson has a Family Law Advanced Law Society Accreditation.
Interests outside of work
Alyson is a keen football fan and is a season ticket holder at Bradford City. She also enjoys going for walks and spending time with her family and two young children.
