Vikki is a Conveyancer, who assists clients with residential sales, purchases and transfers of equity.
She also advises on every aspect of the conveyancing process, including legal titles, searches, enquiries and mortgages, and provides guidance to first-time buyers and inexperienced clients who are unfamiliar with how the process works.
Her expertise includes both freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as shared ownership, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, new builds and unregistered titles.
Vikki began her career as an office junior, working through secretarial and assistant levels to eventually become a Conveyancer and manage her own caseload.
She has worked for small firms and large national firms in Chester, Manchester and Liverpool, covering all aspects of conveyancing.
Interests outside of work
Vikki is an avid reader and a ballet and theatre enthusiast. She also enjoys cooking, in particular Italian food, as well as gardening and travelling to as many parts of the world as possible, especially Italy and European cities.
She writes creatively for online publications, including poetry, music reviews and literary journals.
Vikki is a vegetarian and a member of Greenpeace, the RSPB and the World Wildlife Foundation, and takes part in voluntary political work for a number of environmental and animal charities. She also enjoys yoga, bike rides and visiting National Trust sites.
