Victoria Webb is a Paralegal in our Personal Injury department, based in our London office.
Professional Biography
Victoria started her legal journey by obtaining a Legal Secretary diploma in 2013 through distance learning from the Institute of Legal Secretaries. She then worked as a Legal Secretary for seven years, building foundational skills in legal administration. In September 2020, Victoria enhanced her expertise by qualifying as a Specialist Paralegal in Personal Injury through Central Law Training (CLT), completing the qualification over 18 months whilst managing significant cases heading for trial.
Victoria specialises in Personal Injury law, with a focus on Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
In her daily role, Victoria is responsible for drafting critical legal documents such as witness statements and schedules of loss. She plays a key role in obtaining and reviewing medical records and other pertinent documents to support claims, preparing these for disclosure. Victoria also drafts letters of instruction to medical experts and liaises with medical secretaries to arrange necessary appointments. Her routine tasks include maintaining regular client contact, managing disbursements, and filing documents with the courts, ensuring smooth progression of cases.
Victoria has always been driven by a passion for law and a desire to assist those who have suffered through no fault of their own. Outside of her legal career, she has dedicated 17 years as an Emergency Ambulance Crew volunteer with St John Ambulance and spent a decade as a Nursing Auxiliary, including six years in a busy Emergency Department. This experience has given her a unique perspective on the immediate and lasting impacts of accidents on people’s lives, enriching her understanding and empathy towards her clients.
