Radek joined Simpson Millar in October 2021 as a Paralegal in our Court of Protection Team.
He is passionate about Court of Protection Law and believes that building great relationships with clients is vital for understanding their needs and how to act in their best interest.
Radek’s role consists of assisting Court-appointed Deputies with the general management of the Deputyship case load, helping to prepare Deputyship Court applications, liaising with clients and assisting in the setting up of Personal Injury Trusts.
He is particularly interested in the area of mental capacity and as part of this, he has an interest in Right to Die legislation. Radek also has experience of working closely with Family and Clinical Negligence Solicitors.
Radek graduated from the University of Salford in 2021 with a First Class LLB Law Degree, and he is now preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) which would make him a qualified Solicitor.
Outside of Work
Prior to the Covid pandemic, Radek had a goal to visit at least four different countries each year. He still enjoys travelling and hopes to be able to visit places further afield again soon.
Radek also enjoys photography as a hobby as well as going to live music concerts.
