Nadia’s main areas of practice include Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Personal Injury Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
As part of her role, she assesses the client’s mental capacity when taking initial instructions with regards to this type of work.
Nadia also prepares applications to the Probate Registry for Probate or Letters of Administration both for private paying clients and on behalf of the Personal Injury and Medical Negligence departments for ongoing civil proceedings.
Furthermore, she administers Estates both on behalf of the clients acting as Executors and when the firm is appointed as Executor.
Nadia manages her own case load and also assists senior Solicitors in the department. She joined EAD Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Industrial Disease department in 2014 and started her Legal Practice Course in 2015 as a part-time student.
Nadia graduated in June 2017 and started her training contract the following month, undertaking seats in Industrial Disease, Personal Injury, Employment and Private Client. She qualified in the Private Client department in January 2019.
Professional Memberships and Accreditations
Nadia was granted Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings in March 2019.
Interests outside of work
Nadia enjoys snowboarding, travel and socialising with family and friends. She is also a season ticket holder at Everton FC and is a Committee member of Merseyside Women Lawyers Division.
