Holly is a Conveyancing Assistant based in our Manchester office, who advises clients who are buying or selling a house.
Her role involves preparing documents such as contracts, mortgage offers and files for exchanges and completions, and arranging property searches for clients.
She also regularly deals with stakeholders involved in the Conveyancing process, such as lenders, estate agents, brokers, other Conveyancers and Solicitors.
Holly is approachable and always happy to help. She does her upmost to answer any queries the client has straight away but will call back as soon as possible if research is required.
Before joining Simpson Millar, Holly was a Paralegal at another law firm for two years.
She graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2018, and then gained a Commendation on her Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification in 2019.
Interests outside of work
In her spare time, Holly enjoys watching tennis, films and volunteering.
Before relocating for work, she used to volunteer at a local cinema and was on the film selection committee.
In 2018, Holly went volunteering to Costa Rica to help save endangered sea turtles and would love to go back.
