Employment Law Associate Solicitor
David joined Simpson Millar in February 2016, having worked previously for a private practice in the Midlands and a Local Authority in Greater Manchester.
He advises both employees and employers across all aspects of Employment Law, including Redundancies and Restructures, Disciplinary issues, long-term Absence and Performance Issues as well as Settlement Agreements and Executive terminations.
David has considerable experience of acting for both employees and employers at Employment Tribunals.
David also delivers in-house training for employer clients on HR and employment issues.
As a keen specialist in his field, David writes regularly on various Employment Law topics, his work appearing in various publications.
David was made an Associate of Simpson Millar in May 2017 and is a member of the Law Society.
Interests outside of work
David is a keen Everton FC supporter, and a follower of most other sports. He enjoys keeping fit and travel.
