Paralegal, Public Law and Human Rights
Caroline is a Public Law Paralegal and is working in the Claims Against Public Authorities team within the Public Law and Human Rights department. She has worked with inquest cases and claims against local authorities and the NHS trust.
Caroline has experience working with an immigration solicitor as a freelance legal assistant. She also volunteered at the East End Citizen’s Advice working as a telephone assessor. This inspired her to become a Public Law paralegal, as she witnessed first-hand injustice happening to those in society on a regular basis. Caroline became passionate about taking part in legal claims and wanted to work on helping those who were vulnerable and disadvantaged.
Caroline completed an MA in History and Politics (MA) at the University of Edinburgh. She also completed a year abroad for the Erasmus program at Sciences Po in France. Caroline holds a GDL qualification which was completed at the University of Law.
