Alistair Everett

Alistair is a Solicitor and works in our Personal Injury team. He specialises in assisting clients who have suffered an injury due to tripping or slipping accidents as well as people who have had an accident at work.

With 20 years of experience, Alistair has a wealth of litigation knowledge in dealing with Personal Injury claims arising from a variety of accident circumstances.

At a previous firm, Alistair was chosen to be part of an experienced team of fee earners trusted progress Union-related claims inherited from a sister office upon its closure. He enjoyed particular success in reassuring clients who had faced unfounded but stress-inducing allegations of dishonesty.

Alistair understands the claims process can be daunting and he places an emphasis on building a strong professional relationship with clients, keeping them updated and fully advised at all times. His aim is always to obtain the maximum amount of compensation with as little inconvenience to his clients as possible.
