Kirstie Bork

Associate Solicitor-Advocate, Industrial Disease

I cannot thank Simpson Millar enough for the guidance they have given me over the past few years and for the positive resolution to my claim for Bladder Cancer with my former employer. Kirstie has been a source of great advice. Her professionalism and knowledge of the procedures was of the highest quality. Advice was also provided on relevant matters not linked directly to the claim which have greatly contributed to the quality of life for myself and my immediate family. I would highly recommend Simpson Millar to anybody wishing to pursue a similar claim. Thank You.Pauline Morgan
I’ve received massive help from Kirstie Bork. She was very supportive with my claim. She was very patient and helped me overcome the language barrier, very professionally. I could always contact her when I had any questions and she would always respond and advise me. This helped me go through with my claim and was an emotional support too and would motivate me that the procedure would be worth it. If I ever have any other issues, I will definitely going back to Kirstie Bork, and I will 100% recommend her. Simpson Millar have a very passionate solicitor advocate.S.A
