I was unsure about whether to pursue my case so I thought I would make an initial call to enquire. From the start of the process, the team were efficient and helpful. Senior Associat Carly Saxon led my case and was reassuring, open and honest about each stage. As the case progressed, she kept me up to date with each step and clearly explained everything, including any legal terminology I was unfamiliar with.
Carly was understanding and sensitive about my feelings, while remaining professional at all times. I also liaised with Carly's colleague Deanne, who was also extremely friendly and professional during our communications. Thank you Simpson Millar, particularly to Carly Saxon for managing my case and succeeding, with such clarity and expertise. I would definitely use this company again if needed in the future. Gemma
