How Much Compensation Will I get From Caledonian Modular?

If Caledonian Modular has the funds to pay your Protective Award Claim, the amount of compensation you’re likely to get will depend on your gross weekly wage, but you should get up to 90 days’ pay.

If Caledonian Modular can’t pay your claim, then your compensation will be paid by the Insolvency Service. If the Insolvency Service pays your compensation, it will be capped at £544 a week for up to 8 weeks which means that the maximum amount you could receive would be £4,352.

You should still get paid for all your outstanding holiday and also any redundancy pay that you’re owed, as these are separate from a Protective Award Claim.

You have 3 months less one day to make your Protective Award Claim.
