Law firm’s donation will help improve patient care at Salford Royal Hospital
National law firm Simpson Millar has donated £2,119.43 to NorthCare Charity to support the Major Trauma Unit at Salford Royal Hospital – part of the Greater Manchester Major Trauma Hospital, a new specialist facility being developed to care for patients with severe and life-threatening injuries.
The donation will help provide rapid access to specialist treatment and advanced imaging for people with complex and critical injuries across the region.

Stuart Wildman, of Salford Royal Major Trauma Service, said: “The Salford Royal Major Trauma Service is proud to acknowledge and extend heartfelt thanks to Simpson Millar, for their generous donation of £2,000 in support of our work with patients and families affected by major trauma.
“This contribution will go directly towards enhancing the care and support we provide to some of the most critically injured patients in the region. Donations like this allow us to invest in resources, patient experience improvements, as well as Family wellbeing initiatives that make a meaningful difference during some of the most challenging times in our patients’ lives.
