We helped a woman who was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after hurting her back in an Accident at Work. Ms R was working as a catering assistant when she slipped on an icy wooden step. She managed to stop herself from falling, but in doing so, she twisted her back and suffered a soft tissue injury.

£38,000 Compensation for Passenger Injured in Car Accident

Ms C suffered multiple injuries when the car she was travelling in as a passenger was hit by another vehicle. She was left with bruising, scarring, soft tissue injuries and back pain as a result of the road traffic accident. She was also 37 weeks pregnant, and suffered a seatbelt injury to the abdomen and vaginal bleeding due to a ruptured placenta.

Forklift Truck Safety and Accidents at Work

Mr T was working as an agency worker driving a forklift truck when he suffered injuries to his head, back and knee. He was using a 360 Excavator Machine to carry a load of heavy metal sheeting, but as he was trying to turn and manoeuvre, it overturned and rolled over, and he was tipped out of the truck through the window.
