Nolan is Head of Holiday Travel Claims and deals with issues arising out of foreign travel and complex litigation, specialising in high value personal injury claims and complex jurisdictional matters. He has a huge amount of experience in dealing with travel claims ranging from winning multimillion pound claims involving seriously injured holidaymakers, to succeeding with skiing claims in various jurisdictions.
He is often praised for his efficiency and pragmatism and revels in dealing with tricky cases. Nolan is passionate about helping clients to make sure they are awarded appropriate compensation. He will always fight for his clients and is admired by barristers for his knowledge, collaborative approach and focus on the end game. Nolan is often asked to pass comment in the media on relevant issues because of his expertise.
