Chronic Pain Cases particularly Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
Melanie is Head of the General Personal Injury Department at Simpson Millar. She leads the personal injury team specialising in employer’s liability and public liability. She runs her own case-load of complex hand and arm injuries and she has particular expertise in chronic pain, particularly in complex regional pain syndrome. Melanie brings a level of personal knowledge and understanding which makes her particularly sensitive to the client’s position. She is very approachable to her clients, though when representing them she will fight until the bitter end to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. Litigation can be a stressful process for clients, so she will do what she can to take that stress away for them. Melanie acts for clients nationally across all geographic locations in the country. She can arrange to meet clients at one of our many office locations throughout the country. Melanie is always willing to travel and meet her clients face to face and via skype if preferred.
