Thomas Metcalfe

Thomas is a Solicitor based in our London office, specialising in Court of Protection and mental capacity law.

After becoming a Paralegal in mental health law in February 2018, Thomas gained expertise in the Mental Health Act, representing and advocating for clients at the Mental Health Tribunal. Thomas then expanded his experience into mental capacity law, completing a training contract with seats in mental health and mental capacity law.

Thomas has successfully represented clients in:
