Associate, Road Traffic Accident Supervisor

Sarah-Jayne is an Associate and Supervisor of the Road Traffic Accident department’s legal processing unit.
The team, which is part of the Personal Injury department, specialises in handling road traffic accident claims involving injuries and financial losses.
Sarah-Jayne deals with a wide variety of cases, including serious injury, fraud, liability disputes and Low Velocity Impact claims.
She also handles claims involving credit hire, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, foreign drivers, road traffic accidents abroad and Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) claims.
Sarah-Jayne has more than 20 years’ experience in this area of law, and is an experienced litigator and advocate.
She also has an excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, Pre Action Protocol and all stages of the Ministry of Justice Road Traffic Accident Low Value Portal.
Sarah-Jayne is a mother and loves spending time with her family. She is a member of a gym and a keen runner, who has completed several 10k runs and a half marathon for cancer charities.
Sarah-Jayne also has a home in Portugal which she manages. She loves spending her holidays there when the home isn’t being let out.
