Helen Neville

Partner, Medical Negligence

I approached Simpson Millar to represent me in a medical negligence claim on a no-win, no-fee basis. From the very start of the process they were nothing short of excellent! I started off with a solicitor in Essex named Richard Roberts. He was very professional, was diligent in taking my statement over the phone and was very responsive to queries and questions. When I moved to Cheshire I was given a new solicitor; Helen Neville. She continued in the same manner and was extremely helpful, giving excellent advice for my claim. She was very responsive to any queries that I had and would usually get back to my emails within minutes, even if I sent the emails late in the evening! Helen worked hard in negotiating an excellent payout at the top end of the reference range for my injury. I am very happy with the result of this claim and have already recommended Simpson Millar to friends and family with similar claims.Dave
I have never wanted to write a review so much in my life! The service I got from Simpson Millar was outstanding especially my INCREDIBLE solicitor Helen Neville! The second Helen took over my case she was just amazing. The communication and support I got from her was something else. Not only did she keep me updated every step of the way regarding my case but she always made sure I was ok and everything she did was in the best interest of me. Every email I sent I got such a fast response her customer service skills are off the scale. I would highly recommend Helen Neville not only is she amazing as what she does but she's such a down to earth lovely person and it's been an absolute pleasure having her as my solicitor! She has made this process so much easier for me... Me and my family will be forever grateful for everything she has done for us and I really cant thank her enough, She has completely exceeded my expectations.Danielle
