The Law Of… receiving accreditations

Simpson Millar LLP, and three of its expert solicitors, has been included in the Headway Head Injury Solicitors Directory for 2017.

Simpson Millar Receive Headway Accreditation

Underlining our position as expert brain injury solicitors, the directory has been connecting brain injury sufferers with the best local legal advice for over 15 years and our continued association with the UK's leading brain injury charity allows us to help those most in need of legal advice after a life changing injury.

Head Injury Solicitors Directory

Headway's directory includes the UK's leading law firms in the field of brain injury and provides brain injury sufferers with access to the best legal advisor in their local area.

Our inclusion in this year's directory helps us to provide Headway's service users with the best legal advice following their brain injury and allows us the opportunity to seek compensation for brain injury sufferers, which can go a long way to restoring their quality of life after a serious injury.

As well as the firm itself being included in the 2017 directory, three of our serious injury solicitors have received individual Headway accreditations.

Phillip Gower, Partner and Head of our Cardiff Office; Rose Gibson, Partner in Serious Injury based in our Manchester office; and David Erwin, Partner in Serious Injury based in our Birmingham office, have all received individual listings on Headway's directory.

Supporting Headway's Work

Receiving multiple accreditations highlights the depth of talent found in our firm and we are proud to be supporting the excellent work done by Headway for brain injury sufferers across the UK.

Discussing his accreditation, Phillip said:

"Our Cardiff office has a long-standing relationship with our local Headway branch and it is great to receive this individual accreditation for the charity's Head Injury Solicitors Directory."

"Headway does such fantastic work in supporting vulnerable service users, many of whom have acquired a brain injury through a horrific accident that was not their fault."

Discussing her accreditation for the North West of England Rose added:

"The effects of brain injuries cannot be understated and having a charity like Headway on hand for support can be a lifeline for those unfortunate enough to suffer a serious brain injury."

"I am happy to receive this accreditation and listing on Headway's directory of specialist brain injury solicitors and I hope I can provide legal help and advice to their service users throughout 2017."

Completing our listing in the directory and adding representation for the Midlands, David said:

"Receiving this accreditation will allow us to help brain injury sufferers with their rehabilitation, which is the most important aspect for victims of a brain injury."

"We pride ourselves on our ability to offer clear legal advice in a time of uncertainty and our place on the Headway directory will allow us to offer support and assistance to brain injury sufferers, as well as their families, across the UK during the coming year."
