Career:

Nicola currently works in the Travel & Tourism Department within Simpson Millar LLP.

Prior to joining this team Nicola worked handling Employers and Public Liability Claims in the Complex Personal Injury Department.

Nicola specialises in Accident Claims, generally working on more complex matters. Nicola also provides assistance to the Partner in charge of the department on his Serious Injury cases.

Nicola has worked in the Personal Injury Department at Simpson Millar (formerly Colemans CTTS) since 2008.

Nicola began working as a Paralegal in the initial investigations team before progressing to handling her own case load. During her time with the firm Nicola has completed her Law Degree, the Legal Practice Course, her Training Contract, was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in September 2014 and was successful in her Application for Associate in June 2017.

Nicola acts for Client’s across the country and is always happy to travel to meet Clients at one of the firms many offices. She understands that litigation can often be incredibly stressful, difficult and in some cases a long road. Nicola takes the time to explain the process to her clients to make sure that they understand what they can expect both from the litigation and her as the case progresses.

Nicola is a firm believer in keeping the lines of communication open with her Clients. Nicola has a simple, no nonsense approach to litigation, working tirelessly for her Clients to secure the best results, while supporting her Client’s through an important and often stressful situation.

Nicola was made an Associate of Simpson Millar in May 2017.

Nicola lives in Manchester, and in her free time enjoys travelling and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
