Victoria is a Solicitor Graduate Apprentice in our Public Law & Human Rights department, based in London.

Professional Biography

After achieving a degree in English from Oxford University, Victoria pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law, graduating with Distinction. She joined Simpson Millar in July 2021, initially working as a paralegal in the Public Law and Human Rights Team, focusing on claims against public authorities and inquests. Wanting to expand her knowledge and experience, Victoria undertook a training seat in our Education and Children’s Rights department, in February 2023, before moving to her current role in the Abuse Claims team.

Her work involves supporting the team with various tasks, such as preparing documents and applications, ensuring that each case is handled with care and attention to detail. Victoria is committed to the pursuit of justice, particularly for those who have faced abuse, and is motivated by a desire to make legal services accessible to all.

In addition to her legal work, Victoria has contributed to the wider community by providing legal insights in the Inclusion Now magazine and engaging in fundraising activities for a legal charity.

Victoria's career is driven by her passion for law and her commitment to advocating for the rights of individuals, aiming to provide a voice for those who seek legal assistance.
