Ian Webber

Ian is our Transformation Director at Simpson Millar. He joined our Senior Management team in 2022.

Ian meets people from the business to hear their input on changes that are needed and underway. We’re always looking for ways to improve our ways of working, so that both our staff and customers have the best experience with us. Ian looks at the opportunities we’re facing, as well as any challenges, and turns these into cases for change and digital strategies.

He develops action plans that everyone is committed to, so that we can continue to meet our aims and ambitions. He also ensures our business capabilities and operations are fit-for purpose, so they can be as sustainable and effective as possible.
