Craig Davidson is a Solicitor within our Military Claims department. He is based in our Liverpool office.

Professional Biography

Craig achieved First Class Honours in Legal Practice at City, University of London. He qualified as a Solicitor on 5 June 2025, having already spent more than 14  years working as a litigator,  predominately acting for Claimants in personal injury cases, helping injured individuals secure the justice and compensation they deserve. His background has given him extensive experience in case preparation, evidence gathering, negotiation, and representing Claimants at all stages of the claims process.

Throughout his career, Craig has successfully represented many clients with injuries of varying complexity and has recovered substantial damages for those he has supported. He is recognised for his thorough, determined, and client-focused approach, consistently working to secure fair compensation and accountability for individuals who have been harmed through negligence or unsafe practices.

In his role within the Military Claims team, Craig represents serving personnel, veterans, and their families in a broad range of cases. He runs claims from initial instruction through to settlement and is fully prepared to take matters to trial when necessary. His work spans across accident claims arising from military duties, cases involving noise-induced hearing loss caused by exposure to excessive noise without adequate hearing protection, military medical negligence where illnesses or injuries have been missed or poorly managed, non-freezing cold injuries resulting from prolonged exposure to cold and wet conditions, and cases involving bullying or harassment experienced within military service.

Craig focuses on supporting individuals who have suffered due to negligence or personal injury and rely on his help to achieve justice. He guides his clients through the claims process with clarity, empathy, and determination, understanding the significant impact that injury, negligence, or mistreatment can have on serving personnel, veterans, and their families.
