Roger has held a number of management positions in contact centres since 2001. He worked at a leading provider of customer contact technologies for 6 years, helping customers throughout EMEA drive dialler campaign performance. After managing the telecoms and dialler systems for a claims management company in Manchester, he moved to Fairpoint Group in 2014 and has brought this wealth of experience to the Helpline team.
Roger enjoys all aspects of contact centre management, in particular, ensuring best practices and compliance are closely adhered to, whilst identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and performance of customer contact teams.
Aside from the daily interactions with his team, Roger also loves spending time with his family and keeping up to date with the latest news on his favourite football team. He has a passion for music and a love of real ale, especially when combined with a good adventure into the countryside.
