Simpson Millar LLP - CWUHA Convoy to Bulgaria
Communication Workers Union Humanitarian Aid (CWUHA)
The CWUHA 2009 convoy took place in September. The convoy is the response to the plight of vulnerable children in other countries
and the UK from trade unionists, families and friends, who work in Britain’s postal
and telecom industries.
Simpson Millar LLP actively supports the CWUHA
charity and regularly participates in convoys all over the world delivering aid directly
to the children that need it most.
This year the firm sent off first timer Sean Innes, and a more experienced convoy driver Amanda Davis, who has already travelled with convoys to Moldova and Ukraine.
2009 Sponsors
Simpson Millar LLP would like to thank the following companies for sponsoring the convoy this year and enabling us to provide the aid to children and families that they so desperately need:
Sagars LLP
Sagars is Yorkshire’s leading independent, award winning firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. Our technical excellence and commitment to long-term relationships has been recognised with two national awards and (perhaps more importantly) a recent client survey confirmed that we are "friendly", "approachable", "down to earth", "easy to get hold of" and "straightforward". So with Sagars, you can have the best of both worlds. First class expertise and personal service. www.sagars.co.uk
