Career:
Phillip joined Simpson Millar in May 2005 and set up and heads the Cardiff Office. Phillip has over 15 years expertise of conducting Personal Injury Litigation on behalf of Claimants. He specialises in industrial disease and head/brain injury claims and has recovered damages in excess of £1.8 million in one of the highest awards approved by the High Court in Wales.
Phillip is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He is also a member of the Spinal Injuries Association.

Phillip has a keen interest in marine conservation. He is a Scuba Diver who has recorded over 150 dives including an environmental survey. Outside of the office and diving he continues to support his local Headway charity and Pro bono legal advice.
