Expertise:
Catastrophic Injury and wrongful death claims arising from accidents both in the UK and overseas, Product Liability and Medical Negligence.
Career:
Warren has over 20 years’ experience of handling catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident litigation. He is a Member of, and Assessor for, the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel. 
He is Co-Chair of the Spinal Cord Injury Litigation Group to AAJ (Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and Chair of its Section Leaders Council. As well as being recently appointed one of London's APIL Brain Injury Grandfathers.
Warren is also the only UK Solicitor member of The Melvin Belli Society (pre-eminent personal injury lawyers of America).
His expertise is independently recognised by his entries as a leader in his field in both The Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession. He is described as the "‘very experienced’ catastrophic expert Warren Collins" (Legal 500, 2012) and, whilst Chambers UK says "His catastrophic injury and fatal accident practice has an impressive international element to it and he litigates cases around the world, particularly in the USA."
Warren is involved in personal injury litigation throughout the world and has conducted claims across Europe, Asia, the Far East, Australia, the Caribbean and especially the USA.
Warren writes, lectures and broadcasts regularly to the legal, medical and insurance professions.
