Reviews:

I would like to thank you (Emma Pearmaine) for representing me during my divorce. I was very impressed with the excellent service I received, and found your positive and fair approach to my situation, both supportive and helpful during a difficult time. You took time to listen and advise me in a direct and informative way, and I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

My objective, was to protect my rights and time with my children and cement my position as a Dad, (which as far as I was concerned was in jeopardy) and set out a framework which reflected my time with the boys to date, and also something which will be acceptable and fair for both now and the future. We achieved all of that I'm happy to say.

As a mother with two small children, I felt overwhelmed when faced with divorce. Emma Pearmaine was recommended to me and I have not once regretted contacting her to guide me through the proceedings. Emma could identify with the dilemmas that I was facing, as she is a working mother herself. She listened carefully to what I was saying and gave me fair and accurate advice. Costs were an issue for me and Emma ensured that they were kept to an absolute minimum. I couldn’t have wished for better legal support. We concluded that the best way forward was to go through the mediation process using a third party solicitor. At each stage Emma explained what was expected of me and supported me throughout. The mediation session was held at a neutral location with both parties and the independent mediator. I was nervous that the day would be filled with confrontation, but was pleasantly surprised. Both parties had their own rooms in which to discuss the agreement and the mediator liaised between us. A satisfactory agreement was reached, largely due to Emma’s professional expertise. I can’t recommend Emma and her team highly enough.
