Reviews:

I initially chose to visit Emma Pearmaine in order to ask for advice regarding my problematic marriage and my decision to exit such. There was not, nor has there been, any pressure put upon me to " get on with it!". It was extremely important to me that I could trust opinions and advice offered to me, I was able to plan ahead and I felt in control. Emma's approach and understanding of my particular situation has been totally professional and supportive to the nth degree! I think that one of her strengths is that Emma sees you as a person with faults, weaknesses and strengths we are all capable of displaying, and she is willing and has the patience to work with them. Emma also has an extensive wealth of experience and has an efficient team in her department. Further afield, the network of support she has access to in the areas which inevitably overlap issues around divorce is phenomenal. Emma's ability to foresee problems and read a situation is a skill which comes into it's own.

I would highly recommend Emma Pearmaine to anyone requiring a solicitor. She was both effective and sympathetic during negotiations that were personal and very stressful. Emma always maintained a professional and considerate manner throughout the case.

Emma quickly grasped an unusual and complex long running issue. She offered calm knowledgeable advice and planning at every stage of a very involved court process lasting over a year. After each meeting with Emma, I felt more positive of a good outcome and was reassured by her confident approach in what was a very stressful and emotive case. After a successful final hearing and owing to Emma’s team’s hard work I have obtained a life changing court order to secure my children’s financial future. Ending six years of financial struggle and frustration with a father who was avoiding his responsibility and running circles around the CSA and its tribunal process. Thank you Emma for helping us to resolve a horrible and stressful situation. My family can now move on with our lives.
