Partner, Peter Watson, is responsible for the day-to-day running of
the firm and is supported by the Management Committee
and Equity Partners of the business.

Career:
Dusty has had a long career in the field of sales, customer services, the management and development of new business teams, particularly in the field of conveyancing. Prior to joining the team at Simpson Millar LLP, Dusty worked at one of the country's leading conveyancing companies where she developed a number of areas within the company. Since joining Simpson Millar LLP, Dusty has been responsible for the relocation and development of the Call centre which houses both the new business team and the Legal helpline.
Alongside her development of the call centre she has also been helping the business to improve its focus on customer service, and played an integral part in the review of the SIMPIL system processes.
