Career:
Sarah joined the firm in June 1995 and then qualified shortly thereafter in November 1995. Sarah, who became a Partner in July 2002, was responsible for running the case of Stark v The Post Office to the Court of Appeal - a decision of vital importance to the scope and interpretation of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations and which effectively established the beginning of a regime of strict liability for accidents at work caused by defective equipment.
Sarah also has extensive experience of industrial and occupational disease claims and now concentrates on clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants.
Interests:
Sarah enjoys a number of sports including horse riding and swimming and is a keen hill walker .She has successfully climbed Mt Kilimanjaro and completed the 3 peaks challenge for various charitable causes.
