The Legal 500 - The Clients Guide to Law Firms

Dear Lisa, I'd like to say a very big thank you for what you have done for Connor and us all. 10 year's ago we had Connor and I expected a healthy baby boy but that didn't happen. We began the journey of fighting the NHS for Connor's brain injury and we've done it. Without you we could not have done it & the fantastic legal team and the medical experts. Thank you.

I have to say that I have been very impressed with your efforts to obtain a satisfactory outcome to my claim and you (Lisa Swales) are a credit to Simpson Millar Solicitors.

I am very happy with the services received from Simpson Millar solicitors especially dealing with Lisa Swales. She has been very supportive throughout my case. Also all general consultants involved have been supportive. My case can raise awareness and make hospitals take more interest in their patients when there are problems and deal with medical errors effectively instead of fobbing them off. Staff do not have to live with the consequences of their mistakes - patients do. In my case I have to endure this pain for the rest of my life.
