Wall collapse causes head injury to young man

A young man suffered injury when a wall fell down on him when visiting a property. He suffered a fractured skull together with injuries to his chest and lungs. He continues to suffer with brain damage including lack of concentration and loss of memory. In addition he has suffered hearing loss and difficulty with his vision and a fractured pelvis. He has now been able to return to his pre-accident employment and the outlook for future employment is good. He is not in need of any ongoing care and attention and settlement reached agreement at just over £100,000.
