Suzanne qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and is an experienced private client solicitor. Her expertise includes Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (and Enduring Powers of Attorney), Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. She also has extensive experience of Court of Protection matters including deputyship applications, statutory will applications and general applications to the Court, mainly in relation to elderly clients. She is often in contact with clients from all the departments of Simpson Millar, as there are two certainties in life : death and taxes!
She has worked in various firms since qualifying in Central London, Croydon, Hammersmith, Ealing and Richmond. She has lived locally for over 20 years and has strong connections in the West London/Surrey area.
Suzanne likes to keep matters as straight-forward as possible, helping clients to navigate the complexities of private client law and tax, to resolve sometimes difficult situations. She enjoys meeting clients and discussing their affairs in a frank and friendly manner and often undertakes home, hospital or care home visits, as necessary

Suzanne is married with three school age children and spends much of her time outside work attending school events! She enjoys theatre, especially Shakespeare, opera and live music. She is a Londoner born and bred, and loves living in London. She is an active member of her Anglican church and has served as church warden several times. She supports Tearfund, a charity bringing relief in developing countries and also sponsors a child in Kenya through Compassion. She has experience as a debt advisor with her local debt centre and has undertaken the Cruse Bereavement Awareness Training.
