Rose lectures to professional bodies all over the country and abroad in relation to the civil justice system in the UK, and aims to meet all clients personally. She enjoys a challenge and has often succeeded in concluding difficult cases that have been turned away by other law firms.
She deals road traffic collision cases as well as employers’ and public liability personal injury cases. She frequently conducts her own advocacy and inquests. Rose is best known for her empathy and client care. She has a reputation for always delivering the best possible result for her clients, but at the same time ensures that the client is at the centre of the case. Rose has a particular interest and experience in product liability claims in the automotive industry. Manufacturing or design defects can cause accidents as a result of defective brakes, tyres, seatbelts or airbag failures and often result in serious injuries.
