Hesham joined the Immigration department at Simpson Millar in 2017 and has practiced Immigration and Asylum law since 2010.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012, Hesham was called to the Bar in 2009 and regularly represents clients at appeals before the First and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals challenging Home Office decisions, with particular expertise in complex human rights cases.
Hesham has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and European Studies from Surrey University, and is a fluent Arabic speaker.
