Career

David joined Simpson Millar in 1997, and has extensive experience in Clinical and Medical Negligence claims.

Acting exclusively for claimants, he heads his own team which represents private clients and membership organisations. David has a particular expertise in Cerebral and Erb's Palsy and Birth Injury claims and he can often act for clients under Legal Aid or No Win, No Fee funding.

Interests outside of work

David enjoys mountain walking, football, cricket and rugby. He is also a dedicated fundraiser for the Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT) and one of his proudest achievements is climbing the Tibet side of Mount Everest and raising over £6,000 for the TCT.
