Simpson Millar Solicitors LLP are receiving reports from holiday makers struck by outbreaks of illness at the Sol Meliá Cayo Guillermo hotel in the resort of Cayo Guillermo - Cuba.

Holiday makers arriving home after holidays at the Meliá Cayo Guillermo hotel in Cuba are contacting Holiday Claims Solicitors Simpson Millar upset and angry that their holidays have been ruined and complaining of food poisoning at this hotel.

Confirmed cases of salmonella amongst the all-inclusive hotels’ guests have been reported at the Meliá Cayo Guillermo indicating food poisoning as the probable cause of sickness. With symptoms ranging from violent diarrhoea to projectile vomiting food hygiene standards are being questioned.
