The Conveyancing Quote You Get, is the Fee You Pay
We are always transparent about our fees so you will never be surprised by any hidden costs. But if any extra work is needed because of unforeseen circumstances, we’ll always tell you before adding any extra charges onto your bill.
Cheap Conveyancing Quotes
Some online Conveyancing Quotes will seem cheaper than others, but they may not be cheap at all. For example, many Conveyancing services don’t include all the additional charges involved in the Conveyancing process.
At Simpson Millar, our Conveyancing Quotes include all of the Conveyancing costs based on what we know about your property so far. You won’t be asked to pay more at a later stage unless extra work is needed or the circumstances change.
Some property transactions may have additional fees that won’t appear in your quote. For example, if you are buying a Leasehold property you may need to pay certain costs to the Landlord, which you didn’t know about until you received the Management Pack. And the cost of this will depend on your property. But don’t worry, our Conveyancing Solicitors will always be open and honest with you about this from the very beginning.
No Sale, No Fee Guarantee
In addition to our fixed fee quotation, we operate a ‘No Sale No Fee’ Conveyancing service which means if you do not exchange and complete on your property purchase or property sale because of adverse search results or issues with the title of the property we will not charge you a legal fee for the work completed to date. You will only be responsible for the disbursements you have incurred, such as paying for property searches.
You’ll only be responsible for payment of legal fees if you decide to stop the transaction for other reasons. Payment will be worked out on a percentage basis depending on the amount of work we’ve done for you at that point.
Search Pledge Guarantee
Having peace of mind on the cost of your move is so important. With Search Pledge, you can be certain that if your purchase falls through for certain reasons, your next set of searches are completed free of charge.
We can give you more detail on the protection you’ll get with Search Pledge - just talk to your Conveyancer.
